Patient Onboard allows you to send highly-personal welcome emails to your new patients using an automated process. Unlike a reminder email, this is intended to introduce yourself and encourage next steps in the onboarding process by directing your new patients to online paperwork or a dedicated webpage.

You can customize the text of your email right down to the greeting and salutation. You can also upload your logo and control more technical aspects such as the reply-to email address and an email accent color.

For the short time patient information is present on our servers, it is encrypted. PHI is never stored. We maintain & manage our infrastructure in a manner consistent with HIPAA and maintain a BAA with all users.
